Should I get this Radeon HD 4350 card? (MSI R4350-MD1GD3H/LP Radeon HD 4350)

I have found a MSI Radeon HD 4350 card here:

and I wanted to ask, if this is the same ASUS card (mabybe re-branded) and whether if it is compatible or not? This Asus card was the one that was noted as Asus ATI Radeon HD4350 PCI-E (ASUS) - First Radeon to support real 320x240!

2) If compatible, do you know what version of the drivers I usally need? The older Catalysts or the newer ones? (if older ones, is there a specifice website - besides AMD's official one- that I can download?)

3) And lastly, how do I know that a given video card is working/compatible? displaying MAME games (such as NEO.GEO Metal Slug) at 320x240 is a good test? Or do I determine this, if quickres utility provides me the 320x240 and lower resolutions?
