Drehbarer Monitor - Technikfrage
Hi Leute,
ich habe mir vor kurzem ein MAME Cab gebaut und bin damit sehr zufrieden :).
Jetzt hat ein Freund ebenfalls 'Feuer gefangen' und will ebenfalls ein Cab bauen - allerdings will er UNBEDINGT ein drehbares Display drin haben (automatisch, nicht manuell) - und er ist absolut immun gegen den Vorschlag ein QUADRO Cab umzubauen - er will (wie ich) das Cab komplett selbst bauen.
Nun stellt sich die Frage, wie man das am besten realisiert. Soviel ich weiss, ist im QUADRO irgendwie ne Fahrradfelge montiert und ein Scheibenwischermotor - ich vermute mal, dass die Felge irgendwie auf Kugellagern läuft und der Motor die über ne Hartgummischeibe antreibt?!
Weiss da jemand was - oder besser noch - hat Bilder vom QUADRO Innenleben?
Andere Vorschläge sind auch willkommen!

software drehen keine option
...davon will er garnix hören :evil:
...und er hat ja recht - ich finde das 'echte' Drehen auch viel geiler und auch wenn man's später nicht viel nutzt ist es echt eine tolle Herausforderung.
Er wird voraussichtlich ein 21,3" 4:3 LCD einbauen - das ist schon ein großer Unterschied, ob das Teil horizontal oder vertikal steht.
Also bitte immer her mit den Ideen oder Bildern :D

Bilder CAB & Quadro-Antrieb
Aloha Leutz,
ich habe nach langer Recherche mal EIN Bild vom QUADRO Antrieb gefunden (anbei) - weitere (insbesondere die Führung der Felge) wären aber echt schöön :D.
By the way: ich find die Idee mit der Fahrradfelge und dem Wischermotor ABSOLUUUUT GEIIIL - mannomann, was haben wir uns (komplizierte) Systeme ausgedacht!
Anbei ebenfalls noch 2 Pix meines Cabs - das CP wird noch neu gemacht und das Marquee ebenfalls - aber für den ersten Wurf bin ich ganz zufrieden - auch mit dem LCD *wegduck* :D...
(Habe als grobe Vorlage ein CAB aus Dänemark (Koenigs) genommen, aber die Maße noch modifiziert. Ist komplett aus MDF und durch den LCD nicht sehr tief - was Platztechnisch nötig war)
